What’s the best way to see your newest work?
-My email list is best as I announce all of my new paintings via email first. You can sign up on the form at the bottom of this page or by sending me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The next best way is via Instagram - @JoeVickersArt
-Subscribers to my mailing lists will only receive Joe Vickers Art content, and you may unsubscribe at any time. I will never share or sell your information with a third party for any reason
Do you have frames for your prints?
-Yes! I build natural poplar frames for certain sizes of prints - they are available via delivery in Southern California only. The sizes are always changing so email (email@example.com) is best if you’d like pics/details.
How do I commission a painting?
-I am currently not accepting commissions - I announce commission openings via my email list (updated 02/2021)
-My prints are fine art giclee prints. They are printed on acid free archival paper and with pigment based inks. The image size on the print is the actual printed area of the print… i.e. a 11x14” has 11x14” of printed area, plus an additional 1.5” of paper border.
Where will my purchase ship from?
-All of the online orders are packed/shipped from my home studio in Orange County, CA. All items are carefully inspected/signed/addressed before shipping. I do not work with 3rd party fulfillment centers.
When will my purchase ship?
-Books and stickers normally ship within 2 business days - prints ship between 2-7 business days.
Lost or Damaged Items
-Oh no, not cool! Please send me an email ASAP with pictures of the damaged item or if your package is lost and we’ll be in touch/get you a replacement quickly.
-I will gladly accept any returns within 15 days of receiving an order. Please send an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to let me know you’d like to make a return. You will be responsible for any shipping costs and all returns are addressed to P.O. Box 23132, Santa Ana, CA 92711
-I am now shipping International Orders! The shipping will be calculated at checkout.
International shipping charges do not include the country’s tax, duty or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery and paid by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed as items will sometimes get caught up in customs.
Do you wholesale your work?
-Yes. I wholesale my books, stickers, wooden coasters, postcards and small prints. Please let me know if you think my work would be a good fit for your shop as I’d love to chat!
-I will never sell or give out any customer information to a third party.
